ZTR Enterprises, LLC was founded in 2002 by Zachary T. Rike, CFA®, as a national consulting firm to provide clients with strategic financial analysis.

ZTR Enterprises, LLC (“ZTR”) was founded in 2002 by Zachary T. Rike, CFA®, as a national consulting firm to provide clients with strategic financial analysis. We provide services include forecasting, valuations, mergers and acquisitions advisory services. ZTR has served clients in a broad range of industries including communication services, software, healthcare/biotech, education, and business services.

Experience

Mr. Rike began his career at Ernst & Young LLP as a Consultant in the Financial Advisory Services group. Here he gained a base of financial skills working on projects such as business valuations; fairness opinions on equity, debt, and derivative securities transactions; and intangible asset valuations.

Mr. Rike acquired a fundamental understanding of techniques used in financial analysis including financial modeling and forecasting; business valuation techniques including the income (discounted cash flow), market, and cost approaches; and an understanding of mergers and acquisitions through work on fairness opinions and assets valuation.

Mr. Rike continued his career with Premiere Technologies, Inc. as an Associate where he worked primarily in the PtekVentures unit, the private equity and venture capital investing arm of the company. Mr. Rike then joined Thoughtmill Corporation as Vice President of Finance & Accounting, gaining internal operational and finance/accounting experience. At Thoughtmill Corporation Mr. Rike managed the finance and accounting departments of the 150 person software development firm. Mr. Rike was responsible for managing financial forecasting, financial reporting, cash-flow management, banking relationships and audit procedures.

Mr. Rike also achieved his Chartered Financial Analyst® (“CFA®”) designation in 2000, completing the three arduous tests in three consecutive years.
